3. Send Your Parcel
Once you have received the return instructions from our customer service team, you can send your parcel to the designated return address.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted items.
If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
